There are multiple ways to do this but lets find the equation of the line that passes through those points using the first two points.
First let's find the slope of the line...
(1,4) and (3,8)
(yβ-yβ)/(xβ-xβ)
8-4/3-1
4/2

The slope is 2. Now we need to plug in 2 and a point to point-slope form. Choose the point (1,4)
y-yβ=m(x-xβ)
y-4=2(x-1)
Let's put this into slope intercept form...
y-4=2(x-1)
y-4=2x-2
y=2x+2
Now we can plug in (6,y) into the equation. Plug in 6 for x to find y...
y=2(6)+2
y=12+2
y=14
So we have (6,14) as our answer!
