Q:

In a random sample of 200 customers at a fast food restaurant, 74 customers ordered a salad. If the restaurant typically has 1,000 customers in a day, how many customers will probably order a salad?

Accepted Solution

A:
I'm pretty sure that you would divide 1000/200 and get 5 then multiply it by 74 to get 370. So 370 customers will probably order a salad.

Sorry if this is wrong I don't think that it is but just in case.
